Employment Success Stories
I had worked in many arenas of the mental health field before applying to FBR. I started working for FBR in 2004 as a Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS). FBR caught my attention due to the young, knowledgeable and supportive employees. The senior management team were very supportive of my determination to make the field of Autism my career. The staff, management and other professionals at FBR provided a collaborative and encouraging environment. FBR also provided a wide range of training opportunities. With the endorsement of FBR's management, my expertise as a TSS developed into a remarkable career. In my current position holding a dual role as the Regional Director of Autism Services and Clinical Supervisor for the FBR Beaver location, I am now able to provide the same collaborative management style and team appreciation to others that had made me want to join the FBR team. FBR has allowed me to develop professionally and has provided me with the opportunity to expand my knowledge in the field. My work at FBR has allowed me to take my passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and turn it into a gratifying career.
