Support for Schools and Community Organizations

Family Behavioral Resources is proud to offer training and consultations to schools, daycares, churches, and many other community organiaztions!

FBR is committed to increasing the awareness and understanding of behavioral health disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorders.  We also provide training on trauma and attachment.

As a part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our surrounding communities, we are pleased to offer free introductory awareness trainings to local school districts and other community organizations. Each year, thousands of people across the regions we serve participate in such outreach efforts.

Examples of additional trainings that have been created for other schools include:

Autism's Impact on Minority Populations

Asperger's Syndrome: Recognizing, Treating and Understanding

Positive Approaches to Behavior Modification

Teacher's Toolbox

Trauma and Attachment

Understanding the Language of Behavior

... and more!

We are also willing to present trainings that are a part of the Comprehensive Training Curriculum at FBR. Additionally, our directors have also offered disability and awareness assemblies for young children, so that they may better understand their classmates. We are able to present on the needs of persons diagnosed at any age.

Please contact us with your individual requests, and we will do our best to meet your organization's unique needs.

Organizations that present an additional need for specialized training or ongoing monthly consultation are invited to contact us to discuss options available with the Autism Education and Research Institute (AERI) and AERI Behavioral Health Services.
