Trauma Services Caregiver Support Groups
Does your child demonstrate challenging behaviors?
Are you struggling with feelings of frustration regarding caring for your child?
Does your child have a history of out of home placements, trauma, abuse, or neglect?
You are not alone.
Our Trauma Services Caregiver Support Groups are supportive, psycho-educational groups designed for parents, caregivers, and foster parents of children with trauma difficulties.
Session topics include childhood trauma, attachment and child development, understanding the language of behavior and recognizing shame, PLACE attitude, the three S’s: “safety, security & structure," and "what to do when my kid makes me mad?"
