From 119 North:  Take Main Street Exit. Make a left hand turn at the light on to Main Street.  Stay on Main Street until you come to the 2nd light (Walgreen’s is on the left hand side). Make a right hand turn at this light on to S. Mt Vernon Avenue.  You will go straight through the first light. You will see a Gabler’s Drug Store on the right hand side. Our office is a tall brown building diagonal from Gabler’s. Our office is located on the 2nd floor.  From 40 W: Follow 40 East, Main Street (come through Brownsville). You will continue to come through Uniontown (Holiday Inn on the left hand side; Uniontown Mall on right hand side). You will continue on 40 E/Main Street until you come to a light (Walgreen’s on the left hand side). Make a right hand turn on to S Mt Vernon Avenue. You will go straight through the first light. You will see a Gabler’s Drug Store on the right hand side. Our office is a tall brown building diagonal from Gabler’s. Our office is located on the 2nd floor.  

For persons with physical limitations, we do have first floor accomodations. A therapy room and restroom with a handrail are available on the first floor. For additional assistance, please ring the bell and a staff member will be happy to assist you further.
