On Route 286 heading towards Cylmer, there will be tall brown buildings on the right (Airport Professional Buildings).  On Route 286 heading towards Indiana, there will be tall brown buildings on the left (Airport Professional Buildings).  

FBR Indiana is the first building on the left (Bldg. #5).  The BHRS office is on the second floor on the right at the end of the hall. The Clinic is on the first floor.
