Teresa came to FBR in 2003 as Behavioral Specialist Consultant. In 2004, she became the Clinical Supervisor of FBR Butler and Cranberry offices. During her tenure as a Clinical Supervisor, she developed great passion for the children who have an ASD. In 2007, Teresa stepped into the role of Regional Director of Autism Services, for FBR Butler and Cranberry offices. After an extensive maternity leave, her passion and commitment brought her back to FBR as an Autism Coordinator for the North Hills office. Teresa participates on the Training and Professional Development committee as part of the FBR Autism Team. In addition to assisting with development and facilitation of trainings, Teresa facilitates a parent support group, provides in-home consultation, provides extensive consultation to Behavior Specialist Consultants, and participates in many community outreach programs. Teresa has participated in the development and facilitation of fundraising raising efforts for Walk Now for Autism Speaks and for ABOARD, and has also participated in the Autism Help Network’s Autism Family Field Day. Teresa has a strong background in the modalities based in Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition, she has experience with Direct Instruction, and Floortime models.
