Family Behavioral Resources takes pride in its commitment to ensuring quality in the services we provide. Our Quality Assurance Team, led by Director Dawn Joseph R.N., provides a number of services to ensure the provision of quality. The Quality Assurance Team provides monthly internal audits at each FBR office, provides staff training, and completes satisfaction checks for families and staff. All families and staff at FBR are provided with a toll-free number - 1-866-302-6837 - to report any potential concerns related to quality in a confidential manner.

The Quality Assurance Team works closely with the State of Pennsylvania, Community Care Behavioral Health, Value Behavioral Health as well as an array of different types of insurance that FBR takes to ensure all best practice standards are met or exceeded at Family Behavioral Resources. The QA team has received recognition for their commitment to quality during annual state licensing visits.

Dawn Joseph comes from a strong background in nursing and supervisory experience. Dawn has worked in a child and adolescent inpatient ward, geriatric nursing and critical care nursing. She has held both charge nurse positions as well as supervisory positions. The Quality Assurance Team includes Quality Assessors: Carrie Masterson B.S., Erin Angellone B.S., and Jennifer Putt B.S. All members of the Quality Assurance Team have had many years of experience within the medical model.
