Jennifer Putt, BS, Senior Quality Auditor, HIPAA Compliance Officer

Jennifer Putt, Senior Quality Auditor and the HIPAA Compliance Officer of FBR, has extensive experience in the mental health field. Jennifer graduated from Greensburg High School and continued her education at Edinboro University where she earned a BS in communication disorders. Since graduating from Edinboro she has worked in the mental health field serving children and adolescents in the wraparound setting for fourteen years. Jennifer’s love for children brought her to FBR.
She has been with FBR for six years now working in the Quality Improvement Department. In the past year, Jennifer was promoted to Senior Quality Auditor, a member of the FBR Quality Council as well as taking on the role of the HIPAA Compliance Officer. In the past, Jennifer worked as a TSS, Administrative Supervisor, Quality Manager, Case Manager and a Trainer. Jennifer has helped to create and implement several trainings through the Quality Improvement department. She travels each day to a different office with the Quality Improvement team, auditing charts and preparing for audits conducted by the MCO’s, counties and the state.
Jennifer can often be seen at the FBR fundraising events throughout the year. Jennifer is well-known for her funny and joyous ways of “basket giving” at the annual FBR holiday parties, and for her participation in the annual FBR Golf Outings. Jennifer, along with the entire QI Team, answers calls through the Quality Hotline for families and employees of FBR.
Jennifer lives in Westmoreland County with her husband and son.
