Serving as a psychiatrist for Family Behavioral Resources, Dr. Orr has more than 14 years of experience in the medical field. Graduating from Wingate University, Dr. Orr obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in chemistry. In 2001, he earned a doctorate in medicine from West Virginia University.

As a board-certified psychiatrist, Dr. Orr specializes in evaluating and treating mental disorders, and he manages medication for adults and children in multiple outpatient sites. Dr. Orr is active in his community by serving as an elder at Latrobe Presbyterian Church, and in his free time, Dr. Orr participates in and coaches CrossFit and plays the drums
