With 11 years of experience at Family Behavioral Resources in positions such as clinical supervisor, behavioral specialist consultant, Endeavor program supervisor and therapeutic staff support, Erica currently works as FBR’s area operations director. In this role, Erica guides the team by providing strategic leadership & guidance for all operational activities; drives superior performance in critical business metrics; and supports ongoing recruitment processes. On top of that, Erica designs and leads training sessions for area managers, as she is passionate about helping develop the necessary skill sets area managers need to excel in their roles.

For example, one of the trainings she leads is called “What Great Teams Are Made Of.” In this training, managers learn how to tap into each team member’s perspective and distinct work style, allowing them to approach and generate ideas, make decisions and solve problems collaboratively.

A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Erica obtained a Bachelor of Science in child development and family relations and earned a master’s in educational psychology. In her free time, Erica supports and volunteers for local foster organizations and is an avid golfer, traveler, tennis player and boat fanatic.
